Looks like there may be a natural way to treat Type 2 diabetes.  A recent study has concluded that a special African Tea from Nigeria has potential for the treatment of the disease. Apparently this tea is used as a medicinal in Nigeria and researchers have used the exact and simple recipe to test it out. It is just  leaves, stalk,  fruit, and boiled water,  nothing else to it.

So if  you like to drink tea, this may be a tea that you may want to include in your daily diet for diabetes. Different tea’s have long been associated with providing health benefits, why should this tea be any different.

Also since tea’s can be enjoyed either hot or cold. There will always be a time where tea can be enjoyed, whether it is for an afternoon enjoyment in the sun or sitting at the beach drinking tea as an alternative to an alcohol beverage. So including this African Tea into your diet for diabetes can be done so effortlessly.
