If you are healthy enough to exercise, did you know that there may be ways that can assist in preventing diabetes? According to a recent article that I came across, it mentions that by participating in regular aerobic exercise can help in the prevention of diabetes.

It also goes on to say that if you are time crunched and are not able to participate in lengthy sessions, there is research that shows that by participating in 7 1/2 minutes a week of exercise that is high intensity dramatically improved insulin sensitivity in people who are sedentary but healthy people.  Now before you begin any type of exercise program, you have to ensure that you are healthy enough to engage in exercise. Be sure to consult your doctor for advice.

This is important fact to consider as it goes to show that diet and exercise are an important way of life for anyone and everyone in order to maintain a person’s health.
